THE ORGANIZATION IS A COMMUNITY-BASED HOMELESS OUTREACH PROGRAM FOCUSED ON DELIVERING ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO VULNERABLE POPULATIONS THROUGH STEET-LEVEL ENGAGEMENT. IN 2024 THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINED OPERATIONS AT THE WALLACEBURG DROP-IN CENTRE AND THE CHATHAM DROP-IN CENTRE EACH CONSISTENTLY SERVING 30 TO 40 INDIVIDUALS DAILY WITH NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND BASIC SUPPORTS. ADDITIONALLY THE OUTREACH INITIATIVE IN CHATHAM PROVIDED AN AVERAGE OF 325 LUNCHES PER SESSION DIRECTLY TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. THIS PROGRAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALS WITH: OBTAINING OR REPLACING HEALTH IDENTIFICATION CARDS REINTEGRATING POST-INCARCERATION RECONNECTING WITH FAMILY MEMBERS THROUGH DIRECT SUPPORT AND TRANSPORTATION. FURTHERMORE THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERED WITH LOCAL CHURCHES TO PREPARE AND DISTRIBUTE 420 HOLIDAY MEALS AS PART OF ITS SEASONAL OUTREACH EFFORTS.
