What it does — in its own words
Ongoing programs
We collect clothing and hygiene products to give to needy persons. We buy food and deliver groceries free of charge to needy persons. (Diapers pull-ups ensure drinks for the elderly. We do our best to include fresh fruits and vegetables. Cooked meals) We feed the homeless once a month. We provide physical and spiritual food. Words of encouragement and 'lots of prayer. We are all volunteers working together to help relieve poverty and share God's love.
New programs
We provide affordable meals/lunches to the students from both the French and English high schools in our area. Parents are very happy to know that their children can eat a good lunch( rice chicken veggies or chicken poutine) for only 5.00 or free if they have no lunch. Juice boxes or water bottle comes with their meal. The children feel at home according to them. Youth empowerment workshops with guest speakers.
