Supporting legal action to enforce human rights of immigrant physicians; Initiating and engaging in public policy dialogue to align policies practices and administration of access to entry level jobs (residency training positions) and medical licensing with the law which requires transparent objective impartial and fair process consistent with human rights and Charter values and where access is based on individual knowledge skills and character relevant to the practice of medicine; and Improving the moral or ethical development of the community by working to bring public awareness and consciousness to promote a cultural shift in how immigrant physicians are viewed and treated in Canadian society and to eliminate: The systemic discrimination immigrant physicians experience in access to medical licensing including deprivation of equality rights mobility rights and liberty rights; and Conscious and sub-conscious racism prejudice and other systemic discrimination against immigrant physicians present in Canadian culture which supports and drives human rights violations against immigrant physicians. To remove illegal impediments to licensure to immigrant physicians which contravene human rights to enable qualified immigrant physicians to be licensed to practice medicine and improve public access to health care and to facilitate an inclusive and diverse physician work force.

Creating public awareness and informative campaigns on Social media platforms to promote a cultural shift in how immigrant physicians can be a solution to already overwhelmed and short healthcare. Finalizing a study with Simon Fraser university about immigrants and correlation between the place of origin and place of training.
