Women’s Empowerment & Safety Program supporting immigrant and newcomer women to build confidence and independence. Activities may include: Domestic violence safety planning (information only) Women’s support circles Workshops on confidence and assertiveness Access to shelters and women’s services Youth Mentorship & Leadership Program Helping newcomer and immigrant youth succeed in school and community life. Activities: Homework support Mentorship from older youth or professionals Leadership workshops Anti-bullying education Career exploration events Seniors’ Social & Wellness Program Supporting isolated immigrant seniors. Activities:Social gatherings Healthy living workshops Digital literacy (using phones internet) Assistance with appointments Light exercise group sessions Food Security & Community Kitchen Program Supports low-income families experiencing food insecurity.
