THIS ALLOWED RESPITE FOR CARE PARTNERS TO MANAGE WORK FAMILY LIFE AND THEIR PERSONAL HEALTH PARTICIPANTS CO-PLANNED AND SET GOALS BASED ON THEIR INTERESTS STRENGHTS AND ABILITIES.
