1. Vipassana Meditation Classes 1.1 Description: The International Agama Zen Practice Centre offers classes on Buddhist meditation techniques specifically focusing on Satipatthana meditation. The primary goal is to ad-vance education by providing skills related to positive mental health practices. 1.2 Frequency & Duration: Weekly meditation classes are currently held with each session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. The frequency of these classes is planned to increase as the Centre receivesmore funding. 1.3 Eligibility Criteria: Classes are open to the general public welcoming everyone who is under 65 in good health and seeks to optimize their life and learn Vipassana meditation. Participationis free but donations are encouraged. 1.4 Application Process: Participants can register via WeChat. Selection is managed by the Centre's directors with guidance from Buddhist householders or monks trained in SatipatthanaVipassana meditation. 1.5 Instructor: Classes are delivered by Master Shi Honglang (Li Zhen Wu) an ordained monk with significant experience teaching and hosting Vipassana meditation classes. 2. Lectures on Agama Sutras 2.1 Description: The Centre provides classes on the Agama Sutras to advance education and offer a deeper understanding of Buddhist teachings. 2.2 Frequency & Duration: Classes are held Monday to Friday from 8:00 PM to 9:15 PM. 2.3 Eligibility Criteria: Open to all individuals who are willing to learn. Participation is free but donations are encouraged. 2.4 Application Process: Participants can register via the Centre’s website or WeChat. 2.5 Course Content: The Agama Sutra 2.6 Format: Classes include an introduction presentation/discussion by the facilitator and a Q&A session. Handouts are provided after classes for continued learning. 2.7 Instructor: Classes are delivered by Master Shi Honglang (Li Zhen Wu) who has extensive experience teaching Buddhist principles. 3. Meditation Camps: 3.1. Overview: the centre offers Vipassana meditation camps (10-day camp weekend camp or half-day camp) which are organized to deepen participants' meditation practice. 3.2. Frequency & Duration: Monthly camps depending on the availability of the location. 3.3. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18-65 in good health sound mind and with strong self-discipline. Specific health and legal criteria must be met. 3.4. Structure: Camps include mandatory educational components structured daily activities focused on meditation.
