1. HEALTH PROGRAMS (Canada) Program Title: 'Our Seniors Our Heroes' We Care International recognizes that social isolation and mental health issues are significant challenges facing many seniors today. In response we have developed an ongoing program called 'Our Seniors Our Heroes ' which promotes the physical mental and emotional wellbeing of older adults. This program includes: Nature Hikes in Local Parks: Seniors gather in small groups to walk socialize and connect with nature which helps reduce loneliness and improve mobility. Dance and Music Therapy Sessions: These activities are tailored to stimulate memory reduce stress and promote joyful living. Educational Workshops: Covering topics such as Seniors Abuse Awareness Digital Literacy and Volunteerism. These sessions empower seniors with knowledge and foster social inclusion. Intergenerational Volunteering: Seniors are encouraged to participate in volunteer efforts share their skills and mentor younger generations. These activities have shown measurable impact in reducing mental health challenges among seniors promoting active aging and reinforcing community connections aligning directly with our goal of improving quality of life for marginalized populations. 2. CHARITY PROGRAMS We Care International is deeply committed to relieving poverty through direct charitable interventions. Our charity programs provide basic necessities to low-income families vulnerable children and marginalized groups both in Canada and abroad. a. International Clothing Support Program We collect new or gently used clothing from donors in Canada and ship them to children and single mothers in communities we serve in Cameroon Nigeria and Morocco. In the past year alone we have reached over 1 000 children and single mothers giving them access to essential clothing and improving their dignity and wellbeing. b. New Immigrant Support Program (Canada) Newcomers to Canada face unique challenges. We offer initial settlement support through: Orientation and referrals for housing job search and healthcare services Workshops and resource-sharing for community integration Peer mentorship and volunteer placement to foster belonging and independence These services align with our charitable purpose of relieving poverty by providing necessities of life and assisting in the integration of newcomers. 3. EDUCATION PROGRAMS Access to education is a core pillar of our work to help break the cycle of poverty.

NEW AND UPCOMING PROGRAMS a. Youth Development Forum (YDF) – Launching 2025 Our upcoming flagship initiative the Youth Development Forum (YDF) aims to equip minority youth (ages 15–30) with educational and professional tools to achieve success. Program Focus: Skilled Trades Workshops: Carpentry auto mechanics HVAC electrical and plumbing basics. STEM & Tech Training: Coding cybersecurity robotics Science and Math and digital literacy. Civic Engagement and Volunteering: Promoting leadership community service and awareness of civic responsibilities. Language Development: ESL and French as a second language training. Employment Readiness: Resume building job interview preparation and workplace etiquette. This initiative is grounded in our charitable purpose of advancing education with an emphasis on practical skill development and long-term poverty alleviation through employment pathways. b. SAFE SPACE – Mental Health & Isolation Prevention Initiative We also plan to launch 'Safe Space ' a compassionate program designed to provide mental health awareness crisis intervention and social inclusion support. The goal is to: Reduce the growing mental health crisis due to isolation. Connect affected individuals with professional counselors and referral services. Organize community-based support groups storytelling and healing spaces. This program aims to advance health and alleviate emotional distress
