BUDDY CHECK FOR JESSE SOCIETY

During the fiscal period of April 1 2023 to March 31 2024 Buddy Check for Jesse (BCFJ) carried out new and ongoing programs/activities consistent with our CRA mission statement as follows. ‐Regular/consistent social media presence (IG FB Tw Website) promoting education brand awareness (building momentum consistent with our mission). ‐Supported large sport association BCFJ program roll‐outs with Hockey Manitoba BC Hockey. ‐Numerous smaller event support with High School Varsity sports in the BC Interior mainland BC and the South Island locally. ‐BCFJ on‐line presentations with viaSport and 'For the Love of the Game'. ‐oversight and support of our partnership with the District of North Vancouver Charitable Firefighters Society. ‐Expansion and purchase of Buddy Check for Jesse branded items for distribution to youth athletes consistent with our mission statement. ‐Oversight of all existing new volunteers/ambassadors. We have very few directly connected with us and they/we provide simple instruction/guidelines/resources to the sport groups to deliver our impactful message. We keep our direct volunteer hours limited and task/program specific to carry out our mission. BCFJ has no employees. ‐BCFJ has ongoing communication with new and existing sport associations locally and across Canada in various stages of planning for future program delivery. This was/is always with oversight of local volunteers and/or resources/merchandise supplied by BCFJ and direction of program through all sport associations/groups by BCFJ.
