Online Support Groups for trauma dissociative disorders and loved ones began in 2022 with groups for Dissociative Identity Disorder Depersonalization and Derealization or Loved Ones. Later categories were added such as Complex PTSD Religious Trauma Syndrome and Organized Extreme Abuse. Two volunteer hosts lead each call that runs weekly. These hosts combine peer and qualified support and follow in-house training for the groups held at Multiplied By One Org. Currently 15 groups in six categories run weekly on different days and times. At the end of the second fiscal year over 430 members were in support groups. Approximately 40% of the group members accessed the group via sponsorship as they are low-income which means we waived the fee. As the result of hundreds of volunteer hours Real Eyez Nation Magazine on trauma and dissociative disorders released its first issue in November 2022 in digital and print. With six sections over 100 pages the digital version is free to access and the print version is sold at the cost of production. The second issue's release is delayed though work to create and produce the magazine is still underway. This work includes planning outreach for interviews or guest writers writing designing and more. Approximately 20 volunteers assisted with group hosting host training planning and creation host training quiz evaluations marketing grant research and writing a Member Safety Committee and the magazine. A monthly stipend continues to be provided to a director who puts in double-full-time hours to cover groceries while supporting the organization. The stipend was raised from 250 CDN per month to 350 in mid-2023. This covers overall program and department management administration hosting and coordinating groups building and maintaining the websites and SEO social media marketing creating the magazine therapist directory intake app planning design and coordination volunteer and staff coordination event planning member onboarding and engagement and more.

In late 2023 a Dissociative Disorder Therapist Directory was launched with all the profiles vetted and evaluated for their awareness and approach to dissociative disorders. This involved creating an intake process a web page and evaluating applications. A directory was built on a subdomain to the organization's web domain. Pocket Advocate app allows those with dissociative disorders to create emergency profiles to share with First Responders in moments when they cannot speak for themselves or when assistants are inadequately aware of how to support them. The web app also allows those with Dissociative Identity Disorder to create shareable system maps to represent themselves and share with a therapist or trusted person. Options to learn more about dissociative disorders are on the footer of every page along with the start of an upcoming feature to contact an advocate. A Host Training presentation for volunteers hosting the support groups was planned organized and created over several months. The final result was a visual document with text and images and human-read audio per page followed by a quiz to ensure understanding of the material. A volunteer Member Safety Committee comprised of professionals in the mental health field now assists in reviewing concerns brought to their attention evaluating and providing feedback and advice. Via a granted wage subsidy that covers 90% of expenses one employee was hired as an Assistant Coordinator for 10 to 15 hours per week. A contractor built the Pocket Advocate web app based on directions of functionality and design.
