I WILL IMPACT

During the fiscal period I Will Impact was active in delivering community empowerment and capacity-building programs aligned with its charitable purpose of advancing education and relieving poverty. Our key activities included: Youth Empowerment Workshops: We conducted a series of educational workshops focused on leadership mental wellness financial literacy and career readiness. These workshops were offered at no cost and targeted at youth from underrepresented and economically marginalized communities. Support for Low-Income Families: Through our Community Relief Initiative we provided grocery cards school supplies and basic necessities to families in need. This was delivered through coordinated efforts with local volunteers and partners. Mentorship and Volunteer Engagement: We launched a pilot mentorship program connecting youth with professionals and community leaders to foster growth build confidence and enhance future opportunities. Volunteers played a crucial role contributing over 200 hours collectively in planning and delivery. Qualifying Disbursements: While we did not make gifts to other qualified donees this year we began identifying future partnership opportunities with registered charities working in the areas of education and poverty relief. These programs directly furthered our mission and were delivered through a combination of staff oversight and volunteer support with strong community involvement.

During the fiscal period I Will Impact initiated new charitable programs aligned with its mandate to advance education promote mental wellness and alleviate poverty among marginalized communities. These newly launched programs included: Community Resilience & Wellness Series (New): A series of educational workshops and peer-support circles designed to address the mental health challenges faced by youth and families in underserved communities. Topics included trauma-informed self-care stress management and community healing strategies. Future Ready Youth Bootcamp (New): A pilot youth development initiative offering training in financial literacy digital skills resume building and career planning. The program was developed in consultation with local educators and included mentorship from community professionals. Impact Leaders Fellowship (New): A fellowship program launched to support emerging community leaders from equity-deserving backgrounds. Participants received training in civic engagement nonprofit leadership and community organizing. Volunteer Mobilization Strategy (New): We developed a structured volunteer engagement plan to support program delivery. Although in early stages we onboarded a small group of volunteers who contributed over 100 hours collectively toward event planning community outreach and participant support. These programs were developed and delivered in alignment with our charitable objects. The activities were supported by volunteer and staff contributions and designed to address social and economic barriers faced by vulnerable groups in our focus communities.
