PROVIDE CHURCH AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND LAY PEOPLE WITH MENTORING PROGRAMS WORKSHOPS CONFERENCES RESOURCES AND TOOLS TO ASSIST THEM IN PREACHING AND TEACHING THE RELIGIOUS TENETS DOCTRINES AND OBSERVANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. 3. TO CONDUCT WEEKLY AND OTHER PARODIC LIVE AND ONLINE MENTORING SESSIONS FOR CHURCH AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS IN ORDER TO MENTOR THEM ON A STEP-BY-STEP BASIS IN THE RENEWAL OF THE CHURCHES AND IN THE EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF THEIR CHURCHES. THE INDIVIDUALS MENTORING CHURCH AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS ARE EXPERIENCED PASTORS AND MINISTERS AND THEY MAY BE PAID OR ACT ON A VOLUNTEER BASIS WITHIN A CHURCH DENOMINATION OR PARACHURCH ORGANIZATION. THE LIVE MENTORING NORMALLY TAKES PLACE IN THE CHURCH OF THE MENTEE OR THE MENTOR. THE ONLINE MENTORING VIA A CUSTOMIZED MENTORING PLATFORM ALONG WITH OTHER ONLINE SERVICES LIKE ZOOM OR TEAMS WILL GENERALLY BE OFFERED TO A MENTEE BECAUSE OF A PHYSICAL BARRIER DUE TO GEOGRAPHIC DISTANCE. 4. TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE RESOURCES IN THE FORM OF WRITTEN TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MATERIALS AND ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR PASTORS & CHURCH LEADERS AND ALSO THE GENERAL CONGREGANTS AT ALL AFFILIATE CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS. WRITTEN MATERIALS UNDERGO ONGOING DEVELOPMENT AND CURRENTLY INCORPORATE 1500 PAGES OF CONTENT THROUGH FIVE LEVELS FOR PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS AND NINE LEVELS OF CONTENT FOR GENERAL CONGREGANTS. EASY TO USE TOOLS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO EQUIP PASTORS AND CONGREGANTS TO MINISTER MENTOR AND DISCIPLE OTHERS. THESE TOOLS ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CONVERTED INTO EASY-T-USE ONLINE APPLICATIONS. ALL OF THE WRITTEN MATERIALS DEVELOPED ARE THEN TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH AND FRENCH (AND OTHER LANGUAGES) VIA SUPPORT STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS.
