Community Bicycle Workshop: Operated a community bicycle workshop in which bicycle maintenance was provided to the public and used bicycles were refurbished and redistributed to the public or recycled. Refurbished 318 bikes and sold them for average price of $84. Assisted 310 people with bike repairs. Bike All Winter program: Enabling people to bike all winter by providing equipment mentorship and shared stories. 2024 is the fifth year of the program which supported 102 Participants (70 in Canmore and 32 in Banff) with studded tires lights and fenders as well as training and mentorship. Education: To advance education by educating the public on bicycle maintenance and repair. Bike Maintenance 101 workshops held on June 4 June 10 June 24 total of 25 participants. Pedal4Joy Program: 4 seater adaptive e-bike for adults of all abilities. 178 total rides over 23 weeks. Approximately 116 different riders adults of all ages. Monitored Bike Parking service: • Canmore Mountain Market May-Oct – 1222 bikes parked • Special event parking at Folk Festival – 964 Bikes Parked • Special event parking at the Highland Games – 120 Bikes Parked Bike Shorts Film Festival in Canmore Sept 15 2024 and in Banff Sept 14 2024.
