Building on the success of our youth program we plan to expand our initiatives to support adult women. The proposed program will offer training in the same areas providing adult women with opportunities to acquire new skills enhance their employability and improve their socio-economic well-being. Objectives The objectives of CanadaSIS GLOBAL's skill acquisition training programs are: - To empower young girls and adult women with skills that can enhance their employability and independence - To promote social and economic development within our community - To provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to learn and grow Target Beneficiaries Our programs are designed to benefit: - Young girls who lack access to skill-building opportunities - Adult women seeking to acquire new skills or enhance their existing skills Expected Outcomes We expect the following outcomes from our programs: - Increased confidence and self-esteem among participants - Improved employability and socio-economic well-being - A more skilled and empowered community Funding Utilization We are committed to transparency and accountability in our use of funds. Donations will be used to: - Develop and deliver training programs - Provide necessary materials and equipment - Support program administration and overhead costs By supporting CanadaSIS GLOBAL donors can contribute to the empowerment of young girls and adult women ultimately benefiting the community as a whole.
