IT MEANS 'LIFTING ONESELF TO A HIGHER LEVEL.' THE PROGRAM IS FREE TO UNEMPLOYED STUDENTS AND ADULTS. COURSES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR ADULTS IN COLLEGES ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES.
