Increase Health and Wellbeing: To increase safety and wellbeing of youth and individuals experiencing homelessness through supporting the development of temporary outdoor living spaces that provide basic amenities connection to services outreach engagement employment opportunities and housing readiness programs. 2. Funding for Social Programs: To rigorously pursue public and private funding for social programs for youth and marginalized populations that enhance opportunity and well-being and foster a safer more inclusive community. 5. Advocacy For System Change: To strengthen the effectiveness of service providers and social agencies by advocating for structural and procedural changes that promote cooperative and integrative cross-sector partnerships aimed at creating a more holistic and effective approach to social services for youth and vulnerable populations. 6. Community Preparedness: FRESH START Collaborative Society is committed to ensuring that its efforts to support individuals in reintegrating into society are conducted in a manner that upholds and fosters the best interests of all sectors including the business sector and the community at large.
