We explored the manifestations of racism in the workplace and in public life including in social and recreational spaces. The experiences of racism among youth men women college students and professionals profiled leading to a nuanced understanding of these experiences of racism how it affects people's health and how to deal with the effects. Girls Leadership/Mentorship Program - Funded by donations: This program provided leadership training to Youth from 12 to 18 years of age. From our personal research and observation early access to mentors can provide just the antidote that girls need to create a strong foundation in the patriarchal world. Catching the girls during their transition from the age of 12 to 15 is a pivotal moment in their life to face the pressures in their lives and have an outsized impact on their identity and how they describe themselves.
