Ongoing Programs As Follows: Life Map Program: what to expect Our Life Map Coaching Sessions will be online one hour each weekly or bi-monthly beginning with an in-depth Intake. The 2-3 Intake sessions are intended to get to know you your interests values and how you work best and also for you to grow in your own self-awareness. The focus areas will be examined in terms of Executive Thinking Independent Living Skills Communication (verbal & non-verbal) Connections with Others and Self-Advocacy. Once your goals are identified and prioritized you and your Life Map Guide will target two or three goals to work on in your Life Coaching Sessions. The number of sessions best for you will be discussed with your Guide at the end of Intake. Everything Relationships A monthly online drop-in for individuals who want to build relationships both professionally and personally. These monthly sessions will be hosted alternately by Certified Sexual Health Educators Darren Frisk and Sherry Nassrin and are for individuals who want to build relationships both professionally & personally. Developing the relationships we want takes time & effort but we do get better at it. We can learn to be our most mature selves and to become more socially & emotionally aware. We may need to expand our opportunities for meeting people to participate in activities that are new to us to nurture curiosity about others and to demonstrate flexibility around shared activities. This only makes sense if doing so aligns with our goals while preserving our mental & physical well-being. Beginning is the first step! Be kind to yourself and know that by reaching out in these sessions and elsewhere others will see your effort and will reach out back to you! Let’s Talk A Monthly online conversation group for Autistic adults 18+ years. This group is an evening virtual gathering to share our past experiences & present realities – similar or different and to celebrate our uniqueness together as we build strength & resilience for our futures. Our host Sara is a community support worker a K-12 educator and an autistic adult. She is inspired by the accomplishments of her fellow autistics and is eager to connect with and to learn about you!
