THE HIGH SEVERITY PATHWAY OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE CARE FROM A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM INCLUDING PRIMARY CARE PSYCHIATRY NEUROPSYCHOLOGY AND PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS AS WELL AS ALLIED HEALTH PROVIDES SUCH AS PHYSICAL THERAPISTS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS AND REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGISTS. THE PROGRAM AIMS TO IMPROVE VETERANS' MENTAL HEALTH REDUCE STREET AND ENHANCE MOTIVATION. 77 PARTICIPANTS HAVE EITHER COMPLETED OR WERE ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM IN 2024 WITH TWO ADDITIONAL COHORTS TO BEGIN IN 2025.
