There were no ongoing programs in place. The first step in establishing the programs is securing a location. We have yet been unable to purchase the land required. There are limited options available due to location and transportation restrictions in the rural area. One piece of land was suitable an offer was placed but rejected by the sellers because of our intent to build a women's shelter in the area. Subsequent searches have not yet yielded suitable land.
