My Colorectal Cancer Consultant - This online tool is designed to provide metastatic colorectal cancer patients with evidence-based information about potential treatment options that they can discuss with their treating oncologist. Patients are guided through a questionnaire and receive a personalized report that outlines potential treatment options based on their individual diagnosis and their tumour’s biomarker status. Patient Support Program - CCRAN offers a number of patient support resources to ensure patients and their caregivers feel optimally supported across the continuum of colorectal cancer care. This support is offered through text e-mail and phone peer-to-peer patient and caregiver support colorectal cancer expert presentations; and website content developed and endorsed by CCRAN’s medical advisory board. My Foods for Life Program - My Foods for Life is a primary and secondary cancer prevention program. It provides an overview of lifestyle recommendations to help reduce the risk of developing colorectal cancer and recommendations for patients to follow after a cancer diagnosis. This program also connects patients and their caregivers with a Registered Dietitian for one-on-one recommendations to support their body through nutrition as they undergo treatment. My Colorectal Cancer Coach Program - My Colorectal Cancer Coach Program offers trained and certified Cancer Coaches to patients and caregivers to help guide them through the screening treatment or survivorship journey all to help them cope more effectively and assist them in making informed decisions regarding their journey. CCRAN’s Colorectal Cancer Coaches are volunteers who provide one-on-one information and support. Heroes' Headquarters - Heroes' Headquarters is a forum that highlights the extraordinary work of CCRAN’s clinicians and the perseverance of CCRAN’s colorectal cancer patients. This program offers stories to renew hope and courage for patients and caregivers as they undergo their own journey. Direct Mail Christmas Campaign – This is an awareness campaign via traditional mail whereby an appeal and testimonial in the form of a patient-authored letter is sent along with a series of holiday cards to CCRAN membership. Newsletters Scientific Conferences & Publications - Stay up to date on CCRAN news and recent advancements in oncology as CCRAN continues to contribute to the colorectal cancer medical journals and scientific discussions.

My Colorectal Cancer Treatment Side Effects - My Colorectal Cancer Treatment Side Effects is an online tool focused on colorectal cancer drug-induced side effects. To assist the online user with the management of treatment-induced side effects a list of side effects has been developed and can be accessed alphabetically providing a description cause symptoms of the side effect and remedy. The online tool provides links to drug side effect monographs for each colorectal cancer drug. Accessing CCRAN's online side effect tool may promote open and thoughtful communication between the patient and their treating oncologist encouraging the patient to share any early signs of treatment-induced adverse events. My Early Age Onset CRC Hub - The Hub provides various educational materials and resources to patients diagnosed with early age onset colorectal cancer (EAOCRC) such as information on the disease information on Sunnybrook's Young Adult Colorectal Cancer Clinic and access to a chatbot moderated by CCRAN including the opportunity to address questions to CCRAN’s Medical & Scientific Advisory Board. The Hub also serves as a platform for sharing the brave stories and testimonials of our young fighters to inspire and encourage others who are newly diagnosed. The CCRAN Jumbo Colon – CCRAN’s Jumbo Colon is an immersive educational exhibit featuring an inflatable interactive walk-through reproduction of a human colon wherein visitors are guided by audio/visual screens and may see and feel the various pathologies of the colon as they stroll through the exhibit. The Jumbo Colon allows guests to view giant polyps ulcerative colitis Crohn’s disease diverticulitis hemorrhoids and the different stages of colon cancer. This fun and engaging experience draws in members of the public providing an opportunity to connect and engage in a conversation about colorectal cancer screening and prevention. My Colorectal Cancer Companion – This program is being developed to connect peers who will provide informal psychosocial support and potentially even build lasting friendships. Peer-to-peer support is a mutually empowering experience; an experience which also enhances the ability to cope with the diagnosis and subsequent treatment improves perceived sense of control and develops self-management skills.
