The Vihara will be a place of worship. 9. The Vihara will provide teaching and study methods for the public at large who are learning or wish to learn about the methods of Buddhism. 10. Monks from across Canada will be invited to give talks and blessings about Buddha. 11. The management and day to day operation of this Vihara will be wholly funded by donations and fundraising events and will be managed by volunteers.
