We remain dedicated to providing two essential online programs: Meditation Practice and Dharma Study. These offerings create a structured environment for learning the core teachings of Zen Buddhism and integrating them into daily life. Our Sutra sessions provide an opportunity for deep exploration of the Buddha's original scriptures. Each session spans two hours beginning with a meditation practice to cultivate mindfulness followed by an insightful lecture on Buddhist philosophy. We remain dedicated to providing two essential online programs: Meditation Practice and Dharma Study. These offerings create a structured environment for learning the core teachings of Zen Buddhism and integrating them into daily life. Our Sutra sessions provide an opportunity for deep exploration of the Buddha's original scriptures. Each session spans two hours beginning with a meditation practice to cultivate mindfulness followed by an insightful lecture on Buddhist philosophy. Participants engage in diverse activities including sutra chanting Dharma discussions seated and walking meditation interactive lectures group dialogues and a dedication of merits ritual. Upon completing the course attendees earn a certificate that qualifies them for the next level. All Dharma events and learning opportunities are provided at no cost.
