Although we are not yet operational we have developed the following programs that will begin upon opening our child-care facility: Offer educational workshops and resources. We will partner with the regional KidsFirst group to conduct workshops and seminars for parents caregivers and early learning educators. Topics will include child development early literacy positive parenting and early childhood education techniques. We will also use their resource library (books educational materials) and bring in professionals such as speech and language therapists and health nurses to support these sessions. Operate early childhood education programs. Our facility will deliver structured play-based learning that promotes language development cognitive social emotional and physical growth. Educators will use differentiated instruction and hands-on exploration to meet diverse learning needs. Activities will foster curiosity problem solving creativity and encourage peer interaction and confidence. Conduct facility design through architectural engineering. We will engage architectural engineers to design an age-appropriate safe nurturing facility. The plans will include childproofing safe equipment and toys and distinct areas for smaller age-groups to allow for individualized attention and promote socialization and independence.
