The support meetings build personal resilience provide mutual encouragement develop supportive friendships and community. Social Events Members meet in person periodically about once a quarter together with family members to share experiences Guest Speakers Speakers on subjects of interest to heart patients are invited roughly monthly. Talks cover medical mental financial planning and related topics. Speakers are paid honoraria. Speaker sessions can be held online like the support groups or in person Fundraising Events The organization holds an annual bike-ride and periodic fundraisers at restaurants
