These individuals will not only guide the spiritual aspect of the missions but also be equipped to address potential health challenges. As part of their preparation they will receive sponsored training in CPR Mental Health First Aid and PSW/Practical Nursing enabling them to provide immediate and essential assistance. 4. Furthermore to effectively connect with our diverse community we require candidates fluent in English Russian and Ukrainian (intermediate) alongside proficiency in a South African language. 5. Beyond street missions these medical graduates will also support internal health initiatives assisting with health screenings for non-communicable diseases and delivering vital health education to our church members. 6. This dual focus on spiritual and physical well-being epitomizes our commitment to holistic care within both our outreach programs and our church community addressing the identified needs for Gospel outreach and health support within the RCCGRHP.
