AFTER THE FIRST GENERATION OF LEADERS IS TRAINED THE ORGANIZATION COACHES THEM AS THEY TRAIN THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS IN THEIR OWN PART OF THE COUNTRY. BY THE 3RD GENERATION THEY ARE INDIGENOUSLY LEAD HAVE THEIR OWN LOCAL LEADER AND THEIR OWN LOCAL BOARD. THE ORGANIZATION WILL THEN CONTINUE TO PROVIDE EACH PARTNER WITH ONGOING COACHING AS THEY SEEK TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THERE AREA BY RAISING UP NEW TRAINED LEADERS.
