Resident Care Program: We provide lifelong care and healing for rescued surrendered and abandoned farmed animals who we refer to as residents. Volunteer Work Day Program: We coordinate weekly team work days focused on cleaning maintenance and seasonal projects that support the well-being of the sanctuary. New programs
Caregiver Staffing Initiative: We began hiring part-time animal caregivers to support the daily care of our residents. This shift reflects our commitment to sustainable growth by easing the workload previously carried almost entirely by our president while maintaining our high standard of care. Modest Support for Like-Minded Organizations: We made small donations to Ziggy’s Refuge and the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society. While not a core focus these contributions reflect our values of compassion and collaboration within the broader animal care network.
