PLANET MADAGASCAR IS A CONSERVATION EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS CLOSELY WITH LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN MADAGASCAR AND CONSERVE LEMURS AND THEIR HABITAT. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES GRANTS FROM INTERNATIONAL UNION FOR CONSERVATION OF NATURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES (IUCN) AND CRITICAL ECOSYSTEM PARTNERSHIP FUND (CEPF) TO CARRY OUT ITS ACTIVITIES.
