KEYS operates a Lunch n Learn program 5 days per week for adults with an intellectual disability to facilitate opportunities for full and meaningful inclusion in our local west Toronto community. The program is based on 3 pillars: Ongoing Learning & the Arts; Social Fitness & Recreation; and Community Work. The goal of the program is to enable adults with an intellectual disability to maximize their overall quality of life by providing them with support enrichment and encouragement through programs that allow for individual and group development and which makes them visible and valued in our community. These include healthy meal planning budgeting shopping and cooking through our 'Meaningful Meals' program literacy art yoga movement local excursions group and individual volunteering and work training.
