Nos bénévoles s'assurent que les oiseaux en adoption trouvent la bonne famille en vérifiant les demandes d'adoption et en effectuant les visites à domicile auprès des personnes qui ont fait une demande d'adoption. 4) Nous formons les propriétaires et futurs propriétaires de perroquets par le biais de nos événements-bénéfices afin de leur apprendre à sécuriser l'environnement de leurs oiseaux pour éviter de les perdre et pour leur apprendre à comment réagir en situation d'urgence. Nous donnons des formations en ce sens par le biais de conférences. 5) Service d'aide et de répit aux personnes qui ont besoin d'aide concrète avec leur(s) oiseau(x) de compagnie.
