(1) Charitable Activities Carried Out by the Charity These are activities the organization undertakes on its own through employees volunteers or intermediaries and are focused on advancing its charitable mission: A. Women’s Seminars Across Canada • Purpose: To educate women on their rights gender equality the importance of parenting and how to prevent/respond to domestic gender-based violence. • Delivery: o Conducted in-person seminars webinars and workshops. (Included men in these seminars) o Mobilized trained volunteers gender rights advocates and legal educators. o Events organized in Calgary Toronto London Ottawa Cornwall and Montreal. B. Public Awareness and Advocacy • Participation in local and national events to raise awareness about: o Organized and made a presentation at the International Women’s Day. o Women’s rights and protections under Canadian law. o Resources for victims of gender-based violence. o Parenting strategies for immigrant families. • Printed and digital educational materials distributed in French English Swahili and Lingala. C. Volunteer Mobilization and Training • Ongoing training for EMO YA M'BONDO volunteers across Canada to: o Provide peer support to at-risk women. o Act as referral agents to shelters legal clinics and crisis centers. o Conduct local outreach programs in underserved communities

(2) Qualifying Disbursements These include gifts to qualified donees and grants to non-qualified donees under a grant agreement framework. EMO YA M'BONDO engages in the following: A. Grant to Caritas – East Congo Program (3) Purpose: Provide direct support to widows and orphaned children affected by violence and displacement in Eastern Congo. Recipient: widows and orphaned children affected by violence and displacement in Eastern Congo. New indicative : Rented a field cultivated and planted cassava/corn/beans. Distributed the harvest to widows and seniors. Purpose: lifting widows and signers from foods insecurity .
