THE FOUNDATION CREATED THE PAT MORRIS COMMUNITIES MATTER INITIATIVE DURING 2019 TO SUPPORT PROGRAMMING BY SMALL COMMUNITY LIBRARIES EXTENDING THEIR COLLECTIONS AND PROGRAMMING
