THE NOVIAN MODEL CONSISTS OF A CLUSTER OF HOUSES WITHIN AN EXISTING VILLAGE SETTING. THESE HOMES ARE PROVIDED FOR WIDOWS. THE MARKET GARDEN PROJECT WAS A JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN A ROTARY CLUB DEVELOPING WORLD PARTNERSHIPS PLUS SEVERAL BUSINESSES.
