OUR CLINICS REQUIRE UP TO 25 VETERINARIANS 25 REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNOLOGIST AND 130 'LAY' VOLUNTEERS. WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH 24 FIRST NATIONS. OUR GOAL IS TO REDUCE HUMAN/DOG CONFLICT IN-ORDER TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY IN THE COMMUNITY AND IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE COMPANION ANIMALS LIVING IN THESE COMMUNITIES. OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE: COMMUNITY RURAL & FERAL CAT MANAGEMENT; COMPANION ANIMAL DISASTER RELIEF PET RETENTION PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED OWNERS WHO CANNOT AFFORD VETERINARY CARE EMERGENCY VACCINATION CLINICS IN RESPONSE TO CANINE DISTEMPER OUTBREAKS ON FIRST NATIONS AND A SPAY AND NEUTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME.
