Wakadogo's mission is to create a safe stimulating environment for intellectual creative and physical well being and development of the children in Acholiland. Wakadogo means 'for the little ones' in Swahili. Wakadogo is a grassroots charity registered in Uganda Canada & in the UK. We believe that education is the most powerful and effective way to change lives. The school serves and educates 450 boys and girls and employs 33 people from the local community. In addition to education the school provides the students a nutritious school meal every day so that they can learn on full stomachs as well as a health facility called the Musgrave Health Centre which treats all of our students staff and the local community.
