Rural Mental Wellness Program The Rural Mental Wellness Program is an essential initiative by the Stigma-Free Mental Health Society aimed at addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals living in rural and remote communities. This program is designed to provide accessible mental health education peer support fundamentals training and resources tailored to the needs of rural populations. By fostering mental wellness and reducing stigma the program empowers communities to create supportive environments where individuals can openly discuss and manage their mental health.
