1. To relieve poverty by addressing and ending homelessness with a focus on youth homelessness by: a) providing improving and increasing emergency and transitional housing housing services and supports and the necessities of life to those who are homeless; and b) funding and/or conducting research into issues related to homelessness and affordable housing disseminating the research results and sharing best practices and solutions related to this research with the general public. 2. To address or prevent problems of homelessness with a focus on youth homelessness by providing education employment training real work experience programs and related health and social support services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. 3. To relieve poverty by providing necessities of life to victims of disasters or sudden catastrophes 4. To establish and maintain public amenities for the benefit of the public. 5. To organize participate in and fund environmental programs designed to preserve protect improve and restore the environment for the benefit of the public. 6. To advance education by providing scholarships or bursaries to be used by individuals for educational purposes including attending educational institutions obtaining training or conducting research. 7. To receive maintain manage and invest a fund or funds and to apply from time to time all or part of the principal and income therefrom to one or more qualified donees as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time or equivalent designation under such legislation.
