Ongoing programs
Intellectual and stimulation exercises for the health and well-being of seniors in our area Strength and muscle conditioning programs as well as other member driven interests such as painting and gardening Pickleball Take 5 PAL Cares
New programs
We started a free ESL program for adults - just not seniors. We had a group of Chinese and Ukranian adults participating in the program. Some of these participants became volunteers for our Take 5 program. In total for the 2023-2024 fiscal year we had a total of 2 853 volunteer hours.
