Ongoing programs

CCMF continued to provide a robust series of mental health and social services across Canada CCMF continued its educational lectures and workshops at 12 locations across Canada. CCMF continued to provide a robust series of mental health and social services across Canada CCMF continued its educational lectures and workshops at 12 locations across Canada. CCMF continued its flagship 'Healthy Fathers. Healthy Families' week in June providing public education on the importance of involved fathers. The organization continued responding to invitations to conduct workshops training and webinars from a variety of other healthcare and social service agencies with a focus on how to incorporate gender awareness into efforts to better engage both men and women around effective help-seeking. CCMF continued to provide books and other educational aids to students at universities across Canada and worked with students at five campuses. The focus was around gender as it relates to health and wellness. CCMF continued to operate its library of literary and multimedia resources accessible to the public. CCMF continued operating its emergency residential facility for families escaping family violence in and around the Greater Toronto Area.

New programs

CCMF launched Nexus Recovery for victims of family violence CCMF was lead sponsor of the 2024 International Men and Families Conference CCMF opened a second emergency residential transition home for families escaping family violence this one in Calgary Alberta. CCMF developed a Police Training Program around male victims of family violence and their families. CCMF launched a new Male Youth mentorship program. CCMF joined the Advisory Boards of several community agencies. CCMF initiated a research project to study the effect of false allegations on the health of those falsely accused.
