Ongoing programs
We educate youth and the community on leadership wellness and life-skills development. We offer daily weekly and monthly educational programs using evidence based curricula. We connect youth families and organizations to community resources and supports. We offer workshops to educate the public on topics such as youth problems employment-related skills and community development. We educate youth and the community on leadership wellness and life-skills development. We offer daily weekly and monthly educational programs using evidence based curricula. We connect youth families and organizations to community resources and supports. We offer workshops to educate the public on topics such as youth problems employment-related skills and community development. We operate a youth centre to facilitate youth programming and increase resiliency and supports. We provide a multi-use facility for the community to use as safe and accessible operating space. All Synergy programs are built on a foundation of mentorship and volunteering with a focus on formal leadership and wellness education. In 2024 we had a total of 294 volunteers who put in 5 111 volunteer hours for our organization.
