What it does — in its own words
Ongoing programs
We offer workshops presentations to teach people in the Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas about our heritage culture and traditions of Armenia. Our goal is to attract more youth to have them learn our culture it's been difficult but we are exploring all options to increase attendance.
New programs
We will work on offering need-based scholarships to children of low income Armenian families. This year our organization had an art auction where one of our directors who is an artist donated twelve of his paintings and we in turn held an art auction at our St. Vartan Armenian Apostolic Church of B.C.'s hall on June 23rd 2024 we raised $1 200.00 all the proceeds of the auction went directly to our Sunday School (St. Nerses Shnorhali) at the church to help with the annual curriculum.
