Dreaming For Kids purpose is to advance education by providing funding to support the educational needs of individuals in the Ngusero-Arusha area of Tanzania. The ongoing programs for Dreaming For Kids are a sponsorship program that pays tuition and ancillary fees for students to attend secondary school and continuing eduction and receive a quality education which is otherwise difficult to access for underprivileged children. Access to primary education is improving in East Africa as local and foreign charitable organizations tend to focus on it but access to secondary school education is more limited leaving many children unable to continue their education beyond primary school. The sponsorship program we have established includes tuition room and board uniforms and supplies other ancillary costs and secondary school entrance fees for national exams. Sponsored students have passed Tanzania’s Primary School Leaving Examination and passed entrance exams for the selected and vetted secondary schools in the community
