FEDERAL HEALTH CANADA PROGRAM SUAP ADDRESSES INCREASED DRUG USAGE IN COMMUNITY SINCE PANDEMIC DELIVERED THROUGH HARM REDUCTION APPROACH AND PEER WORKER SUPPORT.
