Peer Support Groups: The charity continues providing free mental health peer support groups facilitated by trained volunteers. Volunteers actively engage in roles such as group facilitation social media coordination grant writing and website management and development. Peer Training Workshops: Specialized workshops and training for peer supporters were offered emphasizing trauma-informed practices and relational wellbeing.
