BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY BY PRESERVING PROPERTY OF OUTSTANDING SIGNIFICANCE AND NATIONAL IMPORTANCE AS IT WOULD BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC IN THE SUMMER MONTHS IT WOULD AUTOMATICALLY BECOME A TOURISM INFORMATION OUTLET IN THE VILLAGE OF TATLA LAKE.
