Ongoing programs
In 2024 Resurgence Initiatives continued its core mission to reach people revive churches and release leaders. A strong emphasis was placed on evangelism and outreach with Resurgence gatherings held in partnership with churches across Canada to provide opportunities for worship preaching and spiritual renewal. In 2024 Resurgence Initiatives continued its core mission to reach people revive churches and release leaders. A strong emphasis was placed on evangelism and outreach with Resurgence gatherings held in partnership with churches across Canada to provide opportunities for worship preaching and spiritual renewal. These gatherings aimed to reach the unchurched and stir hunger for the presence of God among believers. Alongside these events Resurgence continued to develop leaders through mentoring coaching and relational investment walking closely with emerging voices in ministry. The Spirit Empowered Leader Podcast remained a key resource offering ongoing weekly content to equip and inspire Christian leaders. Additionally Resurgence partnered with various churches to support local ministry initiatives and encourage a Spirit-empowered model of leadership and mission.
New programs
In 2024 Resurgence Initiatives launched several new programs that expanded its reach both nationally and internationally. A new monthly initiative called Empower Nights was launched in Edmonton focused on equipping local leaders through teaching prayer and community. Internationally Resurgence served at a national Pastors Conference in El Salvador ministering to church leaders from across the country. Additionally Resurgence contributed to numerous pastors and leaders conferences throughout Canada sharing Spirit-empowered teaching and helping to strengthen leadership across denominations. To further support its mission new digital resources and teaching content were developed and made available online expanding the ministry’s influence beyond in-person gatherings.
