USING A BUILDING UNDER THE SAME NAME THE CHARITY'S VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS SERVED AS LANDLORDS TO THE BUILDING'S TENANTS WHICH INCLUDED A YMCA A FAMILY HEALTH TEAM AND A COMMUNITY CARE ACCESS CENTRE. OPERATING SURPLUSES WERE DONATED ANNUALLY TO LOCAL REGISTERED CHARITIES THROUGH AN OPEN GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS.
