THE LOAN FUND MAKES SMALL LOANS TO PEOPLE LIVING ON LOW INCOME TO HELP THEM GET BACK TO WORK START A BUSINESS OR SECURE HOUSING. IT PROVIDES TRAINING IN BASIC MONEY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PLANNING COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP. IT ALSO RUNS A MATCH SAVING PROGRAM AND HAS DEVELOPED A THREE UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING AND RENTS AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS. THE LOAN FUND HAS DEVELOPED A BUILDING USED BY SOCIAL ENTERPRISES ENTERPRISING NON-PROFITS AND ENTREPRENEURS.
