The mission of the Society is to commemorate recognize and honor those Albertans that have made a significant contributions to the community in the city of Calgary and area. The Society achieves the mission through the 'Fields of Fame' which are groupings of structural steel architecturally designed and are placed at prominent locations throughout the city.
