Ongoing programs

Camp Triumph Society children and youth who have a family member with a significant chronic health condition. We operate overnight camps as well as other programs. We are developing a variety of resources that will be available to provide support to families and others involved with this population of children throughout the year. Camp Triumph Society children and youth who have a family member with a significant chronic health condition. We operate overnight camps as well as other programs. We are developing a variety of resources that will be available to provide support to families and others involved with this population of children throughout the year. Through the Community we foster and the connections we develop we support them in building resilience to assist them to manage the challenges they face on an ongoing basis. Through our programs and activities we help foster positive self-esteem confidence and strategies for coping that can help them build resilience and develop their potential. The resources we will develop will further help this population of vulnerable children and youth develop the tools to use the insight they gain through their personal adversity to become healthy individuals and leaders.

We are developing a variety of resources that we will make available to all stock holders including children parents health professionals Social Workers and educators so that they can utilize these tools in their work with this group of children. Through the Pandemic we have maintained connections however possible and provided our in person overnight programs at our facility. We are successfully developing resources and increasing our reach to more children as well as developing networks within a number of sectors that have roles to play in the lives of this population of vulnerable children. We are broadening our data collection and analysis with which to develop resources for all stakeholders. the goal of this is to better educate and empower leading towards optimal physical and mentally healthy children and youth.
